The Ombudsman is the unit responsible for receiving, registering, conducting internally, responding and/or resolving the manifestations (complaints, suggestions, compliments, denunciations and requests for information) of citizen-users, internal or external, improving or correcting the services provided. Thus, it seeks to help you find ways to solve problems you have had with Rio Doce Hospital.
